If you are a home builder, take advantage of our Home Builders Plan. Receive the highest level of customer service with more marketing tools for maximum exposure and save money. The Home Builders Plan is our REG Service Plan with a savings of $1,000 because you are a home builder.
This program is designed for someone who is purchasing a home directly from a home builder and has a property that they need to sell. When the home builder contacts Realty Experts Group Ltd. with a referral, then the seller will receive our REG Service Plan at a discounted price!
Take advantage of this plan when you have two or more properties to sell within a 3 month time frame! You will receive the REG Service Plan for $1,000 less per listing. Amazing service, amazing savings with this plan!
REG Land Plan - 5%/$100,000 +1.5% Balance
If you have bare land or a bare lot, this plan is designed for you. Save here because there is no house to be shown. Same exposure and services as REG Service Plan, except for services designed for the home.
REG Mobile Home Plan
Mobile homes under $50,000 will begin at 10% to receive the REG Service Plan. Mobile homes between $50,000-$100,000 begin at 8% to receive the REG Service Plan. Any mobile home on its own lot is under our REG Service Plan - See Above.
Tailor Made Plan
We are open to tailor making a compensation plan and taking things on trade or of value, exchanging services, making payments over time if necessary. Let us know what you have in mind.
