Do you have Decent-Good Credit but no down payment?
It's okay!  There are lenders who will provide you with the 5% down payment at closing.  Some conditions apply in order to qualify for this program such as having a minimum 650 credit score, and the lender will offer you posted interest rates.  I can connect you with a professional mortgage broker who will discuss with you the options available with this program.

Do you have a down payment but blemished or no credit?
Realty Experts Group offers an Exclusive Authentic Rent to Own Program!  There are 3 pre-qualifying questions you can ask yourself to see if this program may work for you:

   1. Do you have a minimum of a 2% down payment? 
       This is one requirement in order to qualify for this program. To give you an 
       idea of an average down payment, if your purchase price of a home was 
       $250,000 then you would be required to submit a min. down payment of
       $5,000.  (Purchase price X 2% = Down payment amount)

   2.  Have you been employed in the same industry for at least 1 year? 
        You must show that you have been employed at the same job for at least 1
        year.  If you have recently switched employers but you have been working
        with them for a minimum of 3 months and it is in the same industry as
        your previous job, then you can still qualify for this program.

    3. Do you have money to cover the closing costs? 
       When you purchase a home there are additional costs referred to as closing
       costs.  These costs include items such as your legal fees & disbursments,
       utility hook-ups and so on.  A good formula to use, is ensure that you have
       1.5% of the purchase price in savings.  For example, if the purchase price is
       $250,000, then you would want to ensure that you have $3,750 to cover
       the closing costs.  (Purchase price X 1.5%= Closing Costs)  This is just an
       estimate and not an exact amount.
