I moved to Red Deer from Sherwood Park when I was 13 years old. My dad started his real estate career when we moved to Red Deer and that’s when I first started to learn about the business. After graduating from High School in 1990, I went to Red Deer College and went on to finish my Bachelor of Commerce Degree at the University of Calgary in 1995. After running a painting business for a few years, I decided I was ready to get my real estate license and follow in my father’s footsteps.

What I love most about real estate is the personal contact and the ability to grow infinitely. I have been selling real estate since 1997 full time. I started working in real estate with my best friend and after a few years I decided to move to Century 21 Advantage. I had the privilege of learning from some top realtors while I was there and gained skills, knowledge and experience that I am eternally grateful for.

It’s always been a dream of mine to open my own real estate company in order to make a difference in the industry and give back to people in my own personal way. This allows me to have creative control over systems, policies and procedures; and to ensure impeccable quality, service and a unique and memorable experience for my clients. I have always strived for excellence and quality in all areas of my life. I have sought out top educators and life coaches and have been blessed to meet many world renowned mentors from whom I have learned about business and life. Now I plan on taking that experience and pouring it into Realty Experts Group.

Personally, I love playing acoustic guitar, playing soccer, traveling and spending time with my wife Patricia, family and friends.

If you were to ask me why I chose to be a realtor as my profession, I could honestly tell you that it is because it is a business which allows me to provide service to people in a time of need and change. I recognize the importance of ensuring that all of my clients receive education, information and guidance throughout their entire real estate process and utilize our customized systems to ensure consistency with every transaction I handle!
In May of 2004, I started working with my brother Nolin as a full time Client Care Specialist, otherwise known as an unlicensed Realtor assistant. My ability to keep organized and be efficient is what made me a great contribution in this role. After some careful thought, I decided to enhance my skills and in October 2006, I became a licensed realtor in the Province of Alberta. At that time I took on additional active roles outside of the office and I started working directly with home buyers. It became very clear to me how important it was for me to continue with ongoing education, market changes and continuing trends in order to pass this value along to my clients.

I contribute my success with my ongoing commitment of expanding my personal growth, along with additional courses to increase my business knowledge. Working in a close team environment also helps when it comes to sharing ideas and utilizing a fantastic support group to enhance my business and those I work with. Real estate has been my avenue to serve and I will continue to do so using my fun and creative energy when assisting all of my clients with your exciting home purchase!
